These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MeridianAuthZ website and the interactive materials on it (the "Site"). By using the Site you accept these Terms. Use of the MeridianAuthZ product and services under a paid engagement is governed by a separate customer agreement.
The Site provides general information about MeridianAuthZ and its identity-security offerings, plus interactive demonstrations and self-assessment tools. Content is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute professional, legal, or security advice.
The live demo on this Site uses a fictional company ("Northwind Traders") and fictional data created for demonstration and education. Any resemblance to real persons or organizations is coincidental. Demo output, including scores, findings, and exported reports, is illustrative only and does not describe your environment.
The interactive risk assessment provides an indicative, educational result based on your self-reported answers. It is not a security audit, penetration test, or compliance assessment, and it must not be relied on as one.
MeridianAuthZ supports audit readiness and evidence collection. Nothing on this Site, and no output of any tool on it, guarantees that your organization will pass an audit, achieve compliance with any law or framework, or avoid a security incident.
The Site, its design, text, graphics, and software are owned by MeridianAuthZ and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to the Site for legitimate business evaluation; you may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without written permission.
The Site may load third-party resources (such as fonts) and link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Pricing shown on the Site is indicative; final pricing is confirmed in a written proposal.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeridianAuthZ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site. Our aggregate liability relating to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).
We may update these Terms at any time; the "last updated" date shows the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction identified in the applicable customer agreement, order form, or written proposal, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. For website-only use, concerns should be raised through the contact process in Section 12 first so they can be addressed promptly.
